My Barkada.

Yes, my beloved barkada. This is where I felt the true “friendship”. Like I said before, my barkada is like a family to me. We rarely see each other, mostly on holidays and we enjoy our meetings so much because of the busy days of college. I am just happy that we get to meet once again, especially during the Christmas season. Although there were a few people missing in the pack but still the fun continued. We miss those people a lot. We celebrate this particular reunion during the Lantern Parade in the University of the Philippines Diliman. This year, we get to do an overnight although only four of us went, and I’m the only guy. Hahah~!

I wish events such as this will continue as I rarely see a chance of finding decent friends in my school, my barkada is the only group of true friends that I have. I remember what my Philo professor said that the true barkada is the barkada that’s only few in number and very close to each other. Close in the sense that we treat each other as a brother or sister rather than just a mere friend.

OoOOh I so love my barkada. and I hope I would see friends as decent as them in my school and everywhere else.

It was a great day. Though I had to wake up early for the training for LSAT, I was able to end the day with my high school barkada and had a meaningful conversation with them. Not to mention, I was the only guy who came. Hahaha! anyway, it was still fun. We watched Night at the Museum 2. 😀 I did not like DRAG ME TO HELL because I don’t like horror movies.

The morning was very busy. I was not able to eat breakfast. We trained but the internet speed problem or rather the website of AISIS was slowing things down. Then we had a Grad Training, just a mild run. Then we finished everything by 11:30 am and I went straight to Colayco Pavillion to wait for te enlistment time for my random number. When I finished, I went to PIPAC to ask permission to my mom and eventually I went to see my barkada at SM North.

It’s been a while since I rode alongside the vehicles at north edsa, QC circle and Commonwealth at that time. I usually go home by around 7 and I love commuting in an FX transport, seeing cars around going home. And Oh, the last song played in the movie was the same song I’ve been listening to and it was played by Coldplay, Life in Technicolor II. 😀 I played that while going home.

My barkada talked a lot of things, what’s happening to people, batchmates and other concerns in our respective universities. We talked about each other’s lives and laughed at funny ones and became so serious at rather critical ones. It was fun, just like the old days of learning new stuff because of what people around us did in their lives. 😀 I also learned new things and updates. 😀 😀 Like one of us had her boyfriend sailed to Saudi Arabia this Wednesday. Sad… 😀 and one of us was kind of having problems with her relationship. 😀 HaHAHAH! I love being single. 😀

anyway, it’s the best summer ender with my barkada and I wish it will repeat for the upcoming semesters.

My Barkada’s Gift

The CrewYep, two Choro-Qs were given to me as Christmas presents from my beloved barkada during the famous UP Lantern Parade. It was a Bayside Blue Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 and a Silver Honda NSX-R. I was planning on modifying them so that I will be able to mount them on the R/C Chassis Q-steer but I think the sentimental value of these cars led me to a conclusion not to do so. Thank you guys, I love these. Merry Christmas!
