Father’s Day

FATHER’S DAY!

So what happened to this day? First I went to mass with my family then ate lunch at Greenhills. Afterwards, my dad and ninong went to Quiapo then Mom and Migs went to search for new shirts. My Older brother went with his girlfriend. I, on the other hand, went around Virra Mall to look for interesting stuff. I did not see any but there was one remarkable event on the window shopping event. I was at Digital Walker on the third floor then looked for bags, laptop bags. Then as I enter, I noticed this girl, chinese I think, who was standing in the middle of the store. She’s cute considering the fact that she’s chinese and I’m as tall as her… I think… I ignored that, of course, and went straight to the bags. While looking for cheaper bag but greater space inside, that particular girl went near me then said “Hi Sir.”…

..

I just smiled because I have earphones as an excuse that I did not hear her but it freaked me out. For a chinese person to be an employee on such store… Maybe she’s the daughter of the owner. She doesn’t look like the other employees in the store with uniform outfits. She just have casual outfit that made me considered her NOT an employee. But maybe she is NOT an employee in the store and maybe she’s the daughter of the owner, something like that. To test that, I went out of the store, went around another round, then went back to the store again. AGAIN she approached me as a customer. FREAAAKKYY WWHYY ARE YOU ASKING ME IS THERE ANYTHING I LIKE OR TO INQUIRE?!! YOU DO NOT FIT AS AN ATTENDANT IN A STORE!!!
So I went out, trying to get out of my mind why the hell is she there doing such things. Then I saw this newly built store of Apple Products. Oh yeah, I remember now that there’s an on-going construction way back when I was canvassing for Dad’s lappy. So I went into that store, with the smell of newly built store with the paint small and all. and guess what, SHE’S THERE!!! yep, that girl in Digital Walker. I’m guessing she really is the daughter of the store owner… and that that’s an extension of the Digital Walker store or rather the owner’s just a big time businessman. The girl though, did not do her part as there are a lot of attendants inside, probably enough to attend to customers inside and not push effort to help them. I saw her going straight to the counter desk just beside the cashier.. and stayed there for while during the span of my stay. Then I went away, really wondering why is she doing stuff like that, doesn’t fit her. Yep, I’m saying this despite having a bit of Marxism inside me.

Then boredom brought me to Unimart which made me so excited to spend money on weird stuff inside.

Disappointment

Gah, certain things that you will only know in the later time really disappoints you, especially after certain people makes you feel that you belong to such group and then eventually will tell you at the very end that you’re not. What a loser…. Man, I hate such things. I mean, I disappoint people sometimes but not as big as this…

It was a great day. Though I had to wake up early for the training for LSAT, I was able to end the day with my high school barkada and had a meaningful conversation with them. Not to mention, I was the only guy who came. Hahaha! anyway, it was still fun. We watched Night at the Museum 2. 😀 I did not like DRAG ME TO HELL because I don’t like horror movies.

The morning was very busy. I was not able to eat breakfast. We trained but the internet speed problem or rather the website of AISIS was slowing things down. Then we had a Grad Training, just a mild run. Then we finished everything by 11:30 am and I went straight to Colayco Pavillion to wait for te enlistment time for my random number. When I finished, I went to PIPAC to ask permission to my mom and eventually I went to see my barkada at SM North.

It’s been a while since I rode alongside the vehicles at north edsa, QC circle and Commonwealth at that time. I usually go home by around 7 and I love commuting in an FX transport, seeing cars around going home. And Oh, the last song played in the movie was the same song I’ve been listening to and it was played by Coldplay, Life in Technicolor II. 😀 I played that while going home.

My barkada talked a lot of things, what’s happening to people, batchmates and other concerns in our respective universities. We talked about each other’s lives and laughed at funny ones and became so serious at rather critical ones. It was fun, just like the old days of learning new stuff because of what people around us did in their lives. 😀 I also learned new things and updates. 😀 😀 Like one of us had her boyfriend sailed to Saudi Arabia this Wednesday. Sad… 😀 and one of us was kind of having problems with her relationship. 😀 HaHAHAH! I love being single. 😀

anyway, it’s the best summer ender with my barkada and I wish it will repeat for the upcoming semesters.

PSPGo! and Gran Turismo PSP

E3 2009  – Sony has just announced the new PSP Go! Together with the re-unveiling of the long gone game that’s suppose to go along with the release of the first PSP, the Gran Turismo. 😀 Now, the PSP Go! boasts new features such as….umm…bluetooth. a rearrangement of analog stick to the middle, 16GB internal flash memory, no UMD, external Micro Memory Stick slot….. and that’s it.

Let me talk about Gran Turismo then! I’ve been a big fan of the Gran Turismo series despite the lack of the Sony game consoles. 😀 I do have one console which is the PSP and it’s kind of dying but I don’t think it’ll die. 😀 The Gran Turismo for PSP was announced together with the release of the first PSP system back in 2004.  It was then stopped for a time because of Polyphony’s focus on the PS3 system and GT5. Now, with the release of a new PSP system, Polyphony kept their words in the rumors and now they have this beautiful game to be released together with the new PSP Go!.

e3-2009-gran-turismo-screens-20090602024630216_640wThere will be, according to Polyphony, more than 800 cars in the game, 35 tracks with 60 layout variations…

e3-2009-gran-turismo-screens-20090602024641388_640wI do hope they have the Nurburgring here. 😀

e3-2009-gran-turismo-screens-20090602024625528_640wthis is the view when playing the game. 😀 I saw a footage of the gameplay and it was sooo GT4-ish or GT-5-ish in handling physics. 😀 So nice. Not bad for a limited characteristic game console, the PSP. They were able to squeeze out proper graphics for this game. 😀

For you fans, it’ll be released on October 1. Together with the new PSP Go! 😀 Yep, this year. I can’t wait!!!
