it’s now 10:15 am and um, I’m already here at the campus’ library since 8. I was reviewing the next laboratory experiments for the preliminary lab report-writing for the next two experiments. After reviewing, I tried to entertain myself by surfing the net. First, I tried looking for a good PC but the first 2 that I’ve encountered had viruses that really embarrassed me because the PCs had restrictions and cannot install programs, even if the program is just an anti-virus. Sheesh. Finally I found the third one quite good for use. I checked my mail first and also friendster and multiply. (Hey, I’m not stalking, please…) My YahoO! didn’t show anything new, same as the friendster and multiply. So, to keep myself from getting bored, I remembered my friends’ blogs and started reading some of them. I went to Selah’s and found her latest entry to be confusing for someone like me. Although her entry was posted yesterday and that’s nice. Another one is from Precious, and her latest post dated June. She wrote a tribute to her closest friends in high school. Tribute? Well, the only thing that comes to my mind whenever I hear the word “tribute” is death. Hahaha, joke. Anyway, I like what she did and I admit, I cannot do the same thing that she did at the moment. They’re lucky actually because they’re all studying in the same university and that they can see each other anytime. I miss my friends, really, and I hope I’ll see them as soon as possible. I’ve also read other QCSHS students’ blogs and they all have, well, not that of interesting contents but I prefer the ones that Selah and Precious had.
Anyway, I’ll be moving to the “car” topic. What I have here now is the prototype ( I guess…) Mugen Civic RR. They seem to have taken the “Asian” version of the new Civic with bulges on headlamps and big rear lamps.
Hey! Our Honda Civic here in the Philippines looks exactly like that!!! That means, American-spec Civic really sucks and it looks dull, unlike the Civic RR, it looks sexeh!!! The spoiler looks like the one from a LanEvo, though…..
I still have no idea about the performance of the car but the car should be good because I saw this video of this car being tested on a track in Japan. The car looks balanced and has quite good handling for a big, front-engine, front-drive car. They say that the engine of the Civic RR has more power than the factory Civic Type-R. This should be a good one…
Next! Do you know the famous “AE86” Corolla? Yeeessssss…… Now, this legendary car of the ’80s stopped its production during the early ’90s. It was not that famous that time until several events lead to the rise of this machine to the top. The “AE86” line includes the Toyota Sprinter Trueno and the Toyota Corolla Levin. The most famous trim of these cars was the GT-APEX, carrying 160 PS at a net weight of less than 1000 kg. The cars became famous and was used for motorsports, including drifting and so. But since the car became famous at the time when it stopped its production, it’s now hard to find one or if ever you found one, it’ll probably be expensive to buy a very stock one of the car. Rumors then say that the problem will be solved as Toyota is trying to produce a cheap, RWD (Rear-wheel-drive), lighweight 2-door coupe that has the same veins as the AE86. Cheap, RWD and light weight are exactly the distinguishing characteristics of the legendary AE86. This is just a rumor but we can probably smell the coming of this car, as seen in these pictures:

Ohhaaa? It looks good too, for a cheap, RWD, lightweight car.
If this car will be successful, then the problem of finding a car similar to AE86 will be eliminated. WWAAAAAAHHH!!! I like one of these!!!
So that’s all for today, I still have a class….
