Subaru Impreza WRC 08

This is just a preview of how the new Scooby WRC will look like:

I was just wondering why Subaru switched to hatchback. For more details, visit Dieselstation.com.

N-GAGE in Pimping!

hahaha!

Here I go again, seeing that my good ‘ol phone is working properly (at least at the moment), I’ve installed some new programs for my benefit.

That’s my idle or standby display. That’s the 2007 Porsche GT2. It’s my wallpaper and I’ve also changed my Operator Logo to Nokia N-gage logo!

Some of the new stuff:

I can now watch Jeremy Clarkson on TopGear and Marcus Gronholm on WRC. Those are video clips and they are looong and looong to convert to compatible format. Before, there was no good video player in my phone so I have to bloody search for a compatible RealPlayer.

This was the first time I used Subaru Impreza in Colin McRae Raly 2005. I tried installing Graphics fix for this shot but it gave bad effects on other applications.

I also got this nice game, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon. It’s like a Counter-strike-like game but you have to follow rules in missions. You even get to choose between Kalashnikov or M-16 as your primary weapon (and more) and from binoculars to Bazooka as secondary weapon.

Lastly, here’s a new application that cangive me a better view of my images in my phone and memory card. It offers different views from list to grid view. It can also let the GIF files animate continuously. WOWOWEE!

Those are some of the things that my phone carry now. And for gaming’s sake, here’s the 2007 premiere for the Gran Turismo 5 Prologue:

Here I am again….

Driving for real was really hard. Yesterday, I drove from school to our home. My dad said that the objective now is to drive home SAFELY. watda…. Anyway, so I drove and because that was the second time I had driven the van with my mom, my consciousness was lowered. And because it was lowered because of tension and stuff, the engine shut down once. I let the clutch free with the gear knob on first gear. I was lucky that time because the tendency of the van at that situation was to jerk forward and crash into the vehicle in front but I was able to put up a good distance from the vehicle at my front. That day was considered as a practice for tight traffic vehicle maneuvers in poor visibility condition, which was unluckily, heavy rain. The congestion started from Commonwealth and ended by Fairview. It was tough because it was hard to change lanes especially when it’s your first time to run at a congested road at raining and night condition. The brakes were unpredictable especially I’m driving a more-than-4.5 ton van.

Today, I drove from Ortigas to Fort Bonifacio as a continuation for my practice in swerving(right term? i think so… sweeerrrrvvviing….). We went to Fort Bonifacio to repair the van’s auxiliary fan for the aircon. It will be along story for that fan so I’ll continue with my story.  The problem I reckoned this time was the traffic from the flyover going to Market! Market! and the road going to Fort Bonifacio. But comparing the situation from Commonwealth to the one I encountered today, I should say it’s the Commonwealth practice that’s harder. HAhaha, still, it’s a very good experience.

I might talk about that van we have. It’s a Mitsubishi Delica STARWAGON TURBO-D next time.

It’s August Again!

I can’t believe it’s August again. Rainy then Shiny skies and embarrassing environment, this shows great promise for hopeless improvement. There’s a lot of things to do this month. One was what I’ve already done and it was getting my student permit. Imagine, that student permit can be obtained at the age of 16 years. But I got mine at the age of 17! Seventeen years old is the requirement for a Non-Professional License. But anyway, as if that permit is such a big problem, I want to go to another topic. I was wondering when will Porsche really release the 911 GT2. Some say it will roll out by November but others still say it is unknown.

And now to the model kit news! This month is the release month of the 100th Master Grade model kit of Bandai, The Turned A Gundam. I don’t know how to create the “Turned A” character here but I doubt that this PC has one. Anyway, together with this news is the coming of 101th model, the Destiny Gundam. No prototypes yet but pictures of drawing plates are seen. That’s all for now, this PC here in our library is being eaten by a worm.
