of ups and downs in college life…

Man, now I really believe college is really hard…

Things do come and go. Whether it’s academics, love life, social life and more. Things really do become good and bad depending on the situation you came in. Actually you don’t come in a situation but rather fate brings you in it. And it’s really hard to deal with those problems whenever you are not prepared for a shock. Teachers change, schedules change, time shifts, time paces fast, environment’s unpredictable, people changes, people’s unpredictable.
And it’s quite hard whenever you have friends that suddenly turned against you. Or rather colleagues… But it’ll teach you how to be independent of those kind of people. Sometimes, it’ll lead you to new people who can really help you out, will not be bored or tired of helping you out. There are people who will stand beside you, most of the time.

Sometimes, especially in where I study, I feel that sense that people are not true to the saying that people are approachable. Man, they aren’t, trust me. Hahahah~!

Then there goes your social and love life. How loser are you if you don’t go along with the flow. $%^&*! Who cares… I don’t really mind not having a partner while everyone else are being with their partner. Jealous? Maybe… But at the moment, No. Being not with the flow doesn’t really make you a total loser because you’re missing something your peers are having. Sometimes, being single is so much fun than being taken.

So what are the “ups”?

actually, the downs are the ups as well. Schedules…. People…. Hahah~! In college, you can be alone and no one will pay attention much to you. Being alone may be emo but I think 90% of the time, it isn’t. It gives you time to reflect at things, make you decide on a certain situation that’s already there or an upcoming one. You get to see the real world by half of it.

God? Of course, despite the hard times and errors, I still believe He’s beside. You won’t laugh at him when bad times come but you see, God could be funny. :D ::D

NISSAN GT-R ON PHILIPPINE SHORES!

I just saw in ebay.ph that there’s one Premium Package Nissan GT-R that’s resting at Automoville at Ortigas!2101146066_a7eebc5f_dscn3601

Yup! We have a Nissan GT-R on our shores! Of course it has to be a US version although the problem that the buyer will have is the warnings that appear. I think he should send the ECU to Japan or to US to get it reflashed as no one yet here knows how to reflash the ECU of that mighty car. Cheers to the rightful owner!

Gran Turismo 2: Suzuki Escudo clocked 252 mph

I am mad for doing this, to be honest. I kept insisting myself that this rally car can do nearly 250 mph despite the power being below the 1000 Horsepower borderline. To give you an inspiration, the fastest and most expensive production car the world has ever seen, the Bugatti Veyron, has a top speed of 253 mph and has a 1000 HP. That’s quite close for the rally car and what’s amazing is that the rally car achieved it over 2 kilometers only, with 1 whole kilometer for reaching 200 mph and another kilometer for reaching another 52 mph. I cannot recall how long was the track for the Veyron to clock 253 but as far as I can remember, James May of TopGear drove the car flat-out on a 5 mile stretch, part of Volkswagen Test Track in Germany. Happy to do more testing to beat Veyron~!

Random pic(k)

Hahaha, I stumbled on this picture on GTRBLOG.com.

UPDATE:“For example, the Nissan GT-R will only run 118 mph more or less on city roads” – The Nissan GT-R is capable of maximum speed of nearly 200mph or to be exact, 193 mph or 310 kph.

Blog Cleanup

I haven’t done anything good in my blog. Perhaps renewing everything might be the good answer but I don’t have enough time since I’m having summer classes. I’m planning on renewing the blogroll’s images as well as my header. My header’s pretty old and it was made when Gran Turismo HD was released.

Need For Speed ProStreet [PSP] – Review

I’ve finished playing the game and I now realized why some players were disappointed with the new title of EA’s famous racing series. Behold the NFS Pro Street, NFS’ attempt to combine street and orthodox/professional style of racing.

1/100 Aile Strike Gundam – Master Grade – 1st entry!

I was into Gundam model kits before but I stopped. It’s a long story for you to know. Now, after my good’ol brother had bought his Gundam RX-78-2 One year war version, I want tome the Gundam generation. It was the Gundam Wing series that became famous by the time I bought my models and eventually end up destroyinh all of them because I cannot find a good place to display them. The Gundam model that my brother bought was carefully painted. It was good because of the model’s grade. Master grade gundams are one step lower than the very best grade, which is the perfect grade. Master grade ones perform nearly as good as the perfect grade. Master grade, of course, more articulate than the lower grades. It carries more features as well, like opening cockpits and more. The gundam in interest now is the Master grade 1/100 scale Aile strike Gundam, from the new Gundam seed series. That’s what I can tell you now, I’ll tell more later when I have more time. Here’s the picture of the model when it is finished, including painting.
