I’m always fascinated by miniature hobbies.
Not that I am a miniature person but things I really like and then compressed into one by two inch dimension is really quite nice. Take this Choro-Q/Q-steer Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R. When I’m bored, I just bring out one machine and then play around until I am ready to go back to work.
To some, it may not be a good hobby or collection since not all people nowadays would pay attention to such things.
However, these things are quite amazing. For you to pack a remote-controlled machine this small is quite remarkable. Though they are amazing hobbies, they did not last quite long and that’s why I’m taking good care of what I have now.
They have been the subject of my photography since then. I even made a small light box so that I can shoot better pictures of them. But what made me shoot this one today? Well, the room was dark when I came home and immediately opened the study lamp rather than the room’s light. The car was on top of my speakers on my bed and the light immediately lit the speakers area and then I saw the car. And I said, “Oh look, iz ma car over there”. I know it sounds retarded but isn’t it nice to look at, even if it’s a cannot-waste-my-time-on-that hobby? The blue coating matches directly the Bayside Blue of the original car.
