Oh yes, it’s one of the best fulfilling things you can do everyday. 
Today, I ate lunch with my fellow Bec-Classmate in high school. It’s nice to update things from your friends, no matter how big or small that update is because it’s not the update that matters really but it’s the time that friends give time to each other. In the busy world of college, it’s a big struggle to get a decent conversation with your friends. It’s really nice to have a small chat with this fellow as we discussed a lot about some people we know. I hope I will be able to do this more often despite my schedule.
